Color of the Year 2017, Equestrian themed or Western Decor

I recently saw in a New York Times article that the color of the year has been chosen.  In light of that, I’d thought I would share some of my artwork for sale that matches this color!

Pantone describes this color as Greenery 15-0343 and was picked because they felt it evokes the first days of spring and symbolizes regrowth.  I love the symbolism and love the color.

I think it is appropriate too that these pieces use reclaimed and repurposed art materials!  The artwork below are sold but thought I’d share since they do feature the same color.  Since my art is inspired by nature and animals this green is often used in my paintings.  Here’s a few.

Dog with Tennis Ball, Go Fetch!

Art Studio

 Fresh from the Garden!

 Young Horse Running, watercolor

Private Collection of the artist. My son on the baseball field.

 Tabby Cat Oil Painting

 Sunflower Painting, oils

 ‘Mustang Dreadlocks’, Abstract Horse Art

What else but “3 Little Pigs” mixed media.
